Cool off with this iced coffee drink, perfect for enjoying in the summer.
Ingredients:
16 g of roasted Orfeu Clássico coffee beans (2 tablespoons)
200 ml of room temperature water
4 ice cubes
Utensils:
French press
Grinder
Preparation time: 12 hours
Serving: 1 glass
Instructions:
1. Grind the Orfeu Clássico coffee beans. (Coarse grind)
2. Transfer the ground coffee to the French press.
3. Add room temperature water and stir with a spoon.
4. Rest the French press plunger.
5. Let it steep for 12 hours.
6. After 12 hours, press the plunger down and the coffee will be ready.
7. Add the ice cubes to a glass.
8. Pour the coffee from the French press into the glass with the ice cubes and stir. Now just enjoy the Orfeu moment!
