PROMOTER:

This CRM&Bônus Promotional Action ("Action") is carried out in Brazil by Orfeu Cafés e Azeites Especiais (CAFE FAZENDA SERTAOZINHO LTDA, CNPJ 07.187.796/0004- 25) – "Café Orfeu" or "Promoter"

PARTICIPANTS:

All customers of the Orfeu brand E-commerce ("Customers") who meet the criteria established in these regulations ("Regulations") are eligible to participate in this Action.

LOCATION OF THE PROMOTIONAL ACTION:

The Action is valid exclusively for the Orfeu brand E-commerce ("E-commerce" or "Website"). ACTION PERIOD: From 05/30/2022 to 04/15/2023.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTION:

Customers who complete a purchase of any product on the E-commerce will receive a discount ranging from 8% (eight percent) to 25% (twenty-five percent) of the value of the purchased product(s) - to be deducted from the payment of their next purchase on the Website, provided that the rules and conditions defined in these regulations are followed.

The minimum purchase value to generate the discount will be informed by an SMS sent to the Customer's registered cell phone.

The customer will receive the promotion discount after providing their registration details at the checkout of their purchase on the Website.

Participation will be effective once the customer validates their phone number under "Redeem Cashback" in the "My Account" tab and selects the option to participate in the Orfeu Cafés e Azeites Especiais CRM&Bônus Promotional Action, according to the rules of the Regulations.

By registering on the Website, the Customer may start receiving SMS messages and emails with offers and news, and may also be contacted by phone by the Orfeu Cafés e Azeites Especiais Telemarketing team.

This is not a retention of the Customer's money, but a discount granted, out of Orfeu's sole discretion.

The Customer must manage and administer the use of discounts on the Website.

Discounts cannot be used with exchange coupons.

Discounts cannot be used for click and collect options at the store.

REDEMPTION:

To use the discounts, the Customer must generate a voucher via the link sent by SMS and insert it at the checkout of their next purchase on the Orfeu website.

Once released, the Customer may enjoy the respective discounts, which will be calculated on the total value of the purchase made.

The customer will receive an SMS reminder 03 (three) days before their respective discounts expire.

Discounts may be refunded or blocked in the following situations:

  • Discounts originating from online purchases that, for any reason, are returned or whose payment has not been confirmed.

  • If the customer has any outstanding debts with Orfeu, the Promoter may block or cancel the discounts until the respective debt is settled.

  • If there are indications of fraud in the accumulation of discounts, Orfeu may block and/or cancel the Customer's participation in the Action and set a deadline for investigating the facts. If it is found that there was no fraud or improper use, the discounts will be returned to the Customer. If a fraudulent act is confirmed, the Customer's registration in the Action and their respective discounts will be canceled.

  • If a transaction inconsistent with these regulations or any other applicable provision, including in relation to the Terms and Conditions of Use, is identified, the cashback may not be credited or even reversed.

RESTRICTIONS FOR USE AND REDEMPTION OF THE DISCOUNT:

The discount will be available for redemption 02 (two) calendar days after the invoicing date (confirmation) of the purchase on the Website and can be redeemed by the Customer within the period informed by SMS.

In case of exchange and/or return of products purchased on the Website using the Action's discounts, the discounts previously used by the Customer will not be returned to them.

The discounts will be valid for the limited period informed by SMS. After this period, they will automatically expire.

CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION:

The Customer, at their discretion, at any time and without cost, may request the cancellation of their registration in the Action through Orfeu's Customer Service Channel:atendimento@cafeorfeu.com.br.

Upon requesting cancellation, the Customer will lose the benefits offered by the Action. If desired, the Customer must use the discount before requesting cancellation.

ACTION DISCLOSURE:

This Promotional Action and its Regulations will be disclosed on the Website and via SMS when the discount is generated for the Customer.

PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION:

Customer participation in the Action is subject to Orfeu's Privacy Policy. In this Policy, Orfeu explains how it processes its Customers' personal data and provides, among other information, a list of the rights the Customer has as a personal data subject and details on how to exercise them.

To participate in the Action, your data will be shared with our supplier CRM&Bônus - Orfeu's partner platform in conducting the Action. We always seek to evaluate our suppliers and establish contractual obligations for personal data protection with them, aiming to minimize risks for data subjects.

If you have questions or want to know more about how Orfeu processes its Customers' data, please refer to our Policy, available in the Privacy Policy.

By participating in this Campaign, users will automatically be authorizing, acknowledging, and accepting that the personal data and other information that may be requested from them may be stored and used by Orfeu and other companies belonging to its economic group, for the purposes of carrying out, disseminating, and concluding this Campaign.

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS:

This Action is not cumulative with other Orfeu promotions;

Participation in this Action implies knowledge and full and unrestricted acceptance of all terms and conditions of these Regulations;

Access to and conditions of access (types of hardware, software, provider, connection, and other conditions) to the electronic address of this Action are the sole responsibility of the Customers. Orfeu is not responsible for purchases not made on the Website or for problems caused by network outages for the Customer. The prerequisite for making a purchase and consequently participating in the Action is to have a successful internet connection.

Any and all situations not provided for in these Regulations, as well as any omissions, will be decided exclusively by Orfeu;

These Regulations may be suspended or canceled at any time by the Promoter without prior notice to the Customer.

In the event of fraud and/or attempt to circumvent the provisions of these Regulations and its rules, the user will lose the right to the resulting benefits, granted or not, without prejudice to civil and criminal liability as provided by law.

Any omissions in these Regulations will be resolved at Orfeu's sole discretion.
