Perfect for hot days, Summer Coffee combines the freshness of mint with that of lemon. It's perfect with Orfeu Bourbon Amarelo, a coffee with brilliant acidity.



Ingredients:
1 shot of espresso made with an Orfeu Bourbon Amarelo Nespresso®* compatible capsule
12 mint leaves
20 ml honey
15 ml Tahiti lime juice
20 ml white rum
5 ice cubes

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Serving: 1 glass

Preparation method:
1. Extract the coffee from the Bourbon Amarelo capsule and set it aside.
2. In a glass, place the mint leaves.
3. Add the honey and Tahiti lime juice.
4. Add the white rum and ice cubes.
5. Add the coffee to the glass and mix.
6. Finish by adding a few mint leaves and now just enjoy your drink.
