LEARN HOW TO MAKE FILTER COFFEE IN A HARIO V-60 WITH CINNAMON

Coffee with spices may not be new, but it's not widely used in Brazil. That's why we decided to share an unmissable recipe to make coffee time even more delicious and, of course, fragrant.

Simple, easy, and quick to make, it can yield one mug for coffee lovers or two smaller cups for those who want to share experiences.



Yield: 2 cups.

Prep time: 5 minutes.

Ingredients
- Orfeu Organic Coffee (20g or 2 heaped tablespoons)
- Hot water (200ml).
- 1 Hario V60 Kit.
- 1 grinder.
- Cinnamon sticks to taste.

Instructions
1. Place the paper filter inside the filter holder and rinse the entire side with hot water.
2. Discard this water and add the coarsely ground coffee powder and 4 cinnamon sticks.
3. Perform a pre-infusion over the coffee grounds and wait 30 seconds before adding the remaining water.
4. Pour the water slowly in slow, circular motions until the filter is full.

Tip for success
If you use whole bean coffee, opt for a coarser grind, with a texture similar to beach sand. This will result in a more aromatic coffee.
