Ingredients
- 12g ground Orfeu Clássico Coffee.
- 100ml filtered water.
- 40ml condensed milk.
- 80ml chilled milk.
- 10ml lemon juice.
- Ice.
- Lemon zest for fragrance and decoration.
Serving: 1 glass.
Preparation method
- In the Moka pot, combine water and ground coffee. Heat until extraction is complete.
- In a shaker, add ice, coffee, condensed milk, chilled milk, and lemon juice.
- Shake to mix.
- Pour into a nice glass and garnish with lemon zest. Serve immediately and enjoy!
