Ingredients
- 100ml water.
- 100g sugar.
- 50g grated ginger.
- Orfeu Intense Drip Coffee.
- 40ml ginger syrup.
- 100ml tonic water.
- Ice.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes.
Serving: 1 glass.
Instructions
- In a saucepan, mix the sugar and water until dissolved.
- Heat and, when it starts to boil, add the ginger.
- Cook for 3 minutes, strain, and set aside in the refrigerator.
- Brew the Orfeu Intense Drip Coffee using 100ml of hot water.
- Perform the pre-infusion, pouring water in a circular and continuous flow until half of the filter is wet.
- Wait 15 seconds and complete with the remaining water, always in a circular and continuous flow to the rim, filling the filter completely.
- Fill a glass halfway with ice, add the ginger syrup, tonic water, and finally, the coffee.
- Mix gently before serving and enjoy!
