In a mountainous region between southern Minas Gerais and Vale da Grama, Fazenda Rainha is one of the most awarded farms in the world. There, olive trees are cultivated in a privileged terroir on volcanic soil, between 1,100 and 1,250 meters of altitude.

Produced with careful attention, from planting to the drop of oil, the olive mill in the middle of the olive grove allows extraction in less than two hours after harvesting, maintaining the purity and freshness of the olive.

Koroneiki


Made exclusively with Koroneiki, a variety from the southern Peloponnese in Greece, it is a balanced extra virgin olive oil with a slightly bitter taste and a spicy finish, receiving 90 points in sensory analysis. Ideal for salads, pasta, and bread.

Arbosana


Made exclusively with Arbosana, a variety from Spain, it is an extra virgin olive oil made with firm-fleshed, late-ripening olives. Fruity, with medium pungency and low bitterness, it received 88 points in sensory analysis. Ideal for cheeses and white meats.

Arbequina


Made exclusively with Arbequina, a variety from Spain, it is an extra virgin olive oil made with soft-fleshed olives. Smooth and balanced, with medium pungency and low bitterness, it received 87 points in sensory analysis. Ideal for salads, soups, bruschettas, and ice cream.

Picual


Made exclusively with Picual, a variety from Jaén, in the Spanish region of Andalusia, this microlot is surprising for being a unique, super-intense extra virgin olive oil with a high content of antioxidants. Emerald green in color, with high pungency and bitterness, it received 96 points in sensory analysis. It is ideal for Italian bread, pizzas, and red meats.

Harvest Blend


A unique and artisanal olive oil, made in small batches, for a select few tables. Made with Grappolo, Picual, Coratina, and Frantoio varieties, the Harvest Blend is surprising for being a highly complex extra virgin olive oil, with enhanced pungency and bitterness, having received 92 points in sensory analysis. Extremely fresh and aromatic, it presents notes of arugula, basil, and green guava. A true gastronomic work of art. Ideal for pairing with burrata, cod, and grilled meats.
