Our exchange policy for defective products works through reverse logistics. When the new item is delivered, the disputed product is returned.
In cases of exchanges due to customer order execution error, we send the new item with freight charges after receiving the return of the incorrect order.
We do not accept returns and do not exchange expired products or products close to their expiration date.
