Our exchange policy for defective products works via reverse logistics. When the new item is delivered, the claimed product is returned.
In cases of exchanges due to an order execution error by the customer, we send the new item with shipping costs charged, after we receive the return of the incorrect order.
We do not accept returns and do not exchange expired products or products close to their expiration date.
