More than 300 families directly benefit from the work on the farms, with 102 of them residing on these lands. Employees have formal employment contracts, health and dental plans, access to education; and their children receive free computer and music classes on the properties. In addition, Orfeu sponsors an embroidery group composed of employees and/or their family members.
