The Surrealism micro-lot is a limited edition, born from the conviction that excellent coffee transcends reason: it belongs to the realm of the senses.
Surprising and unexpected, this micro-lot aims to disrupt the rational logic of linear interpretation, breaking with predictable sequence and a singular perspective. A coffee that invites a reorientation of perception and a suspension of logic.
Orfeu Surrealism proposes that coffee transforms into a perceptive and synesthetic experience, a central characteristic of surrealist thought, by offering a cup full of flavors, textures, and aromatic notes.
For this micro-lot, we chose a Catucaí cultivated in a privileged volcanic soil terroir, harvested at its ideal point of ripeness, in the elevated lands of Southern Minas Gerais. Its enveloping aromas present a striking sweetness, with elegant citrus acidity, a creamy body, and a pleasant, lingering finish.
