Preparation Tip:

To highlight the unique notes of each varietal, use mineral or filtered water heated (about 93°C, just before boiling). We recommend the classic ratio of 10g of coffee (about one full tablespoon) for every 100ml of water, adjusting the flow and extraction time according to your taste.
