Preparation Method

This coffee comes already Roasted and Ground, with versatile granulation ideal for paper or cloth filters or Italian coffee makers.

1. Ratio: For a 100ml dose of water, use 10g to 12g of powder (approximately one full tablespoon).

2. Water: Use mineral or filtered water, heating it until just before boiling (92°C to 96°C).

3. Tip: This varietal shines in pour-over filtering methods, which highlight its high acidity and tangerine notes.
