Preparation Method
This coffee is already Roasted and Ground, with a versatile grind size ideal for pour-over or home-pressure extraction methods.
- Ratio: For a 100ml serving of water, use 10g to 12g of coffee grounds (approximately one heaping tablespoon).
- Water: Use mineral or filtered water, heating it until just before boiling (92°C to 96°C).
- Tip: Rinse the filter before adding the grounds to ensure that the extracted flavor is purely from your Orfeu coffee.
