Preparation Tip:

To highlight the balance and natural sweetness of the Classic blend, use mineral or filtered water heated (about 93°C, just before boiling). We recommend the classic ratio of 10g to 12g of coffee (approximately one heaping tablespoon) for every 100ml of water, adjusting the flow time according to your preferred intensity.
