How to Prepare your French Press:

1. Adjust the Grinder: Set your Hario Slim to a coarse grind (texture similar to coarse salt).

2. Grind and Add: Grind the desired amount of Orfeu Classic beans (we recommend 30g) and place the grounds at the bottom of the French Press.

3. Infuse: Pour about 300ml of hot water (around 93°C). Stir lightly with a spoon to ensure all the grounds are moistened and wait for 4 minutes.

4. Extract: Place the lid, press the plunger down gently and steadily, and serve immediately to avoid over-extraction.
