SURREALISMOS MICROLOT: COFFEE BEYOND REASON
The Surrealismos microlot is a limited edition, born from the conviction that excellent coffee goes beyond reason: it belongs to the realm of the senses.
Surprising and unexpected, this microlot aims to displace the rational logic of linear reading by breaking with predictable sequences and a singular perspective. It's a coffee that invites a reorientation of perception and a suspension of logic.
Orfeu Surrealismos proposes that coffee transform into a perceptive and synesthetic experience, a central characteristic of surrealist thought, by offering a cup full of flavors, textures, and aromatic notes.
For this microlot, we chose a Catucaí cultivated in a privileged volcanic soil terroir, harvested at its ideal point of ripeness, in the elevated lands of Southern Minas. Its captivating aromas present a striking sweetness, with elegant citrus acidity, a creamy body, and a pleasant, lingering finish.
