Preparation and Grinding Instructions

This product is presented as Whole Beans, ensuring that the complex notes of molasses and the citrus hint of lemon are preserved until the moment of extraction.

1. Grinding: Grind the beans only at the moment of preparation. Use a medium grind for filtered methods or a fine grind for espresso machines.

2. Ratio: We recommend 10g to 12g of coffee for every 100ml of mineral or filtered water.

3. Water: Use water between 92°C and 96°C to allow the elevated sweetness to shine without bitterness.
