Preparation Method

This coffee comes pre-roasted and ground, with a versatile grind size ideal for paper filters, cloth filters, or Italian coffee makers (Moka pots).

1. Ratio: For a 100ml serving of water, use 10g to 12g of coffee grounds (approximately one heaping tablespoon).

2. Water: Use mineral or filtered water, heating it until just before boiling (92°C to 96°C).

3. Tip: Due to the dark roast, this coffee offers excellent extraction; pour the water in a steady stream to highlight the toasted caramel notes.
