With a precise medium roast and pre-ground for your convenience, it delivers a drink with high sweetness and delicate acidity.

Pairing Suggestion

The nutty and intense profile of Japy creates sophisticated combinations with buttery textures or bittersweet flavors. We suggest:

• Butter cookies and sequilhos (Brazilian cornstarch cookies);

• Hazelnut tart or almond croissant;

Preparation Method

This coffee comes Roasted and Ground, with a versatile grind size ideal for paper filters, cloth filters or Italian coffee makers (Moka pots).

1. Ratio: For a 100ml serving of water, use 10g to 12g of coffee grounds (approximately one full tablespoon).

2. Water: Use mineral or filtered water, heating it just before boiling (92°C to 96°C).

3. Tip: When brewing, pour the water slowly to allow the high sweetness of this variety to be fully extracted.
