Preparation Method

This coffee comes Roasted and Ground, with ideal granulometry for filtered methods (paper or cloth) and Moka pots.

1. Ratio: For a 100ml dose of water, use 10g to 12g of coffee grounds (approximately one heaping tablespoon).

2. Water: Use mineral or filtered water, heating it just before boiling (92°C to 96°C).

3. Tip: When preparing your Organic coffee, experience the evolution of aromas: from initial molasses to a citrusy hint of lemon in the finish.
